I am planning to file for bankruptcy finally. After 2 years of fighting double mortgages, I am finally throwing in the towel. Tried to work my way out of these issues but all my work is just going down the drain with the additional house payments. I was recommended a bankruptcy lawyer from a good friend and plan to exploit that on Monday. Just really glad this will be all over soon, I just want to start off a fresh slate again.
